The Detroit Lions have apparently signed rugby player Carlin Isles to their practice squad. As disastrous as their season has been, no one can say the Lions haven’t been trying everything they can. (Please recall that they tried out a YouTube-famous kicker.)

Regardless of whether Isles ever makes it into a game, this is a great opportunity for us to remind you: dude is fast.

But what about defense? Well, here he is running down a player in the open field.

Mmmmmm, that’s good fast.

Yeah, that’ll do. But in case you wanted to see him doing one-legged box jumps and stuff, we’ve got that for you, too.
