Mark Cuban’s touching goodbye to David Stern

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has been fined north of $2 million by outgoing NBA commissioner David Stern since 1999. But hey, it’s Stern’s last day. Time to bury the hatchet that probably didn’t exist anyway.
