After a holding call and two unsuccessful plays, the Cowboys faced third-and-20 and needed somewhat of a miracle to keep a drive alive against the Seahawks. This counts as “somewhat of a miracle”:
Terrance Williams makes incredible toe-dragging catch on 3rd-and-20 to keep Cowboys alive
Tony Romo made a crazy pass, and Terrance Williams made a crazier catch to keep a game-winning drive going.
Craziness on both ends: Tony Romo escaping, directing his receiver, and then throwing a ball Williams could catch. And Williams for somehow hanging on to it and getting both feet down.
The Seahawks challenged because WHAT?!?!?!?!, but slow-motion replay reveals he really did that:
A DeMarco Murray TD would put the Cowboys ahead a few plays later, and that would put the Cowboys ahead for good.
