Kyle Orton hit Sammy Watkins behind a pair of Jets defenders and he was gone! All he had to do was keep running and it was a TD -- but he slowed down a bit assuming nobody was chasing him:

This is probably a TD if Sammy Watkins doesn’t slow down to celebrate. He did, and it led to him getting caught from behind.
Still an 84-yard catch (and the Bills scored on the drive so it didn’t hurt the team) but, man, Sammy. Play to the whistle.
(The guy who caught him, by the way, is Jets WR Saalim Hakim, forced into defensive back duty due to injuries on the Jets’ defense. Good perseverance by Hakim, who is the younger brother of former Rams standout Az-Zahir Hakim.)
