Phish performed ‘We Are the Champions’ moments after Giants won World Series
The jam band was in San Francisco on Wednesday night, playing a sold-out show during Game 7.
Playing a concert in a city whose baseball team is trying to win Game 7 of the World Series at the same time can be a tough task. Fortunately, Phish was up to the task and rewarded fans with a rendition of Queen’s “We Are the Champions” moments after the final pitch in Kansas City.
