— E. Gordon Gee (@gordongee) October 31, 2014 E. Gordon Gee makes sign apologizing to TCU, 4 years later
The president of West Virginia is preparing for the Mountaineers to face TCU on Saturday, so naturally it was time to make a sign for “College GameDay.”

It took four years for former Ohio State president E. Gordon Gee to publicly apologize for comments he made comparing the quality of TCU and Boise State’s football schedules to the “Little Sisters of the Poor,” but it’s better late than never, especially now that TCU is ranked No. 7 in the country, nine spots ahead of Gee’s former Buckeyes and 13 ahead of his current Mountaineers.
Gee was absolved by the Little Sisters of the Poor in 2011, but it remains to be seen if TCU will accept his apology.
