J.J. Watt catches an over-the-shoulder receiving TD
J.J. Watt already had a catch for a TD this season. But this is an over-the-shoulder catch on a fade to the corner of the end zone. A lot of receivers can’t do this.

He only got one foot down inbounds, but he got his knee down inside the end zone. He was lined up as a legit wide receiver here -- on his first touchdown, he was lined up as a blocking tight end.
Although Watt is a defensive player -- and scores defensive touchdowns too -- he started his career at Central Michigan as a tight end before coaches at Wisconsin realized he was a menacing defensive end. With four touchdowns on the year, J.J. Watt has the most TDs for a defensive lineman since 1948.
The throw was also the first passing TD of Ryan Mallett’s career, so good for him, too!
