Eli Manning throws absolutely horrible pick, here’s your Manningface
Eli Manning throws a lot of interceptions. A LOT of interceptions. But we can’t say we remember one this bad.
The pass is intended for Rueben Randle, who is closely covered by a 49ers defender. But it doesn’t really come remotely close to Randle -- it goes pretty much directly to Michael Wilhoite, a linebacker who was vaguely in Randle’s direction, but not exactly guarding him.
We have to imagine there was some sort of miscommunication and Manning thought Randle was running a different route, but even so, the pass is poorly thrown and LITERALLY DIRECTLY TO A PLAYER ON THE OTHER TEAM.
