Normally you try to catch opponents off-guard on end-arounds, and you do that by suddenly having one of your fastest players on the team sweeping across the playing field with the ball. That is not what Michigan State did here:
Michigan State ran an end-around for a 325-pound offensive lineman for Senior Day
Michigan State is crushing Rutgers. Might as well have some fun.

That’s 325-pound lineman Connor Kruse, a Michigan State senior and the Spartan’s starting right guard. Rutgers figures out what’s going on... then sees Kruse running... and then he’s still running... and running.. and then he’s down. He managed to make a yard out of it.
MSU is up 45-3 against Rutgers, so they’re allowed to have some fun. And this is Kruse’s last home game, so it’s nice to give him a good memory. We would’ve liked it better if he trucked someone.
