Giants punter Steve Weatherford gets to play QB for a second, cannot even call for a snap
The Giants let their punter play Not Punter for a second. It did not go well.
That sudden motion he made was enough to earn a false start. Brown would hit a 36-yarder on the next play, and Weatherford’s dreams of being a QB died. He also got a punt blocked for the first time in his career later, so it hasn’t been his best day.
We’d make fun of him more, but Weatherford would destroy us in a trillion ways.
