Maybe Cyprien was joking? Maybe this person is one of the many people named George Bush who is not President Bush? But, regardless, THIS IS NOT PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH. THAT IS NEITHER GEORGE HERBERT WALKER BUSH, THE 41ST PRESIDENT, NOR IS IT GEORGE W. BUSH, THE 43RD PRESIDENT, WHO HE MODESTLY RESEMBLES.
