NYPD, FDNY charity hockey game features bench-clearing brawl
Nice to see New York’s finest get together for a good cause, AND ALL START PUNCHING EACH OTHER.
Fans captured the brouhaha as tempers flared in the second period. With the score tied 3-3, players on both sides, including a bloodied cop, dropped their gloves and paired off into fights.
The neutral ice quickly turned into an away game for the NYPD unit as the frenzied crowd booed and chanted “PD Sucks.” The NYPD had the last laugh, rallying to win, 8-5.
