Bartolo Colon is our favorite baseball player in 2014. We like watching him hit. We like watching him... well... we think this is hitting too. But most of all, we like watching him be a 40-year-old, 5’11, 285-pound man who is shockingly effective at playing baseball.

After a shutout performance Tuesday night, Bartolo Colon is leading the league in jolliness.
Tonight, Colon pitched seven shutout innings for the Mets, scattering six hits while striking out five and walking none. He laid down a sacrifice bunt. And he... well... he did this:
