Charles Barkley won’t apologize for his comments about San Antonio’s women

Rather than apologizing for being insensitive, Chuck doubled down.

Charles Barkley will not apologize to the city of San Antonio for referring to the city’s women as fat, because he believes he’s just joking around.

The TNT pregame show had a tight shot of the announcer where it appeared he would apologize for his comments, but Barkley doubled down on his ridicule of the city. He complimented the Spurs’ basketball team, then went right back to calling the female population of the city “big old women” and telling viewers he’ll apologize “when hell gonna freeze over.”

So ... yeah, Charles is gonna stay Charles.
