It’s a moment a select few individuals get to experience, and one they’ll remember their entire lives: an NFL team has drafted them, they’re at Radio City Music Hall, they walk up on stage and shake Roger Goodell’s hand.
NFL Draft 2014: Now the players get to pick walk-up music
The spectacle of the NFL Draft has even more spectacle: players get to pick their own music. This will go swimmingly.

And now, they’ll be able to associate that memory with a song:
For the first time ever, draftees have chosen the music that plays over speakers as they walk to the stage in Radio City Music Hall.
— Rich Eisen (@richeisen) May 7, 2014 WALK-UP MUSIC! Yes, this is going to be wonderful:
NFL asst. is asking draft picks for their walk out music after pick. Clowney first picked Migos "Handsome and Wealthy" but switched.
— Josh Kendall (@JoshatTheState) May 7, 2014 I wonder what music Johnny Manziel is going to pick?

— Andrew Sharp (@andrewsharp) February 3, 2014 Of course, the internet has fun with this:
ME: What song do you plan on using for your entrance music?NFL DRAFT PROSPECT: Ghostface. The Champ.ME: [writes "1st Round" in notebook]
— Danger Guerrero (@DangerGuerrero) May 7, 2014 They're doing walk-up music for the players at the NFL Draft? Someone PLEEEEASE do "Basketball" by Kurtis Blow.
— Adam Jacobi (@Adam_Jacobi) May 7, 2014 Will wet myself if a draft pick comes out to Stone Cold's music. "The Falcons select Jadeveon Clowney" [glass shatters]
— Brian Floyd (@BrianMFloyd) May 7, 2014 I mean, it’ll probably just be a sampling of songs that have been popular for the past two weeks, because 20-year-olds, but its cool that the players are given a hand in their moment.
