Marshawn Lynch is spending his offseason by taking some time to relax, unwind and get in a little golf. Why are you interested in this? It’s simple: He has the most appropriate golf swing imaginable.

They say “art imitates life,” and maybe that can be applied to golf too. There’s nothing smooth or fluid to Lynch’s swing. Instead, he takes a calm lead up then hacks at the thing like he’s obliterating a linebacker.

We have some advice for you next time Beast Mode.
