Watch Greg Oden spike a volleyball directly into someone’s face

Greg Oden may be the butt of jokes among NBA fans, but he’s having the last laugh on the volleyball court.

Here’s the deal: You can talk about Oden being a bust, and sure we can discuss how great Kevin Durant has been by comparison -- but at the end of the day he’s still a 7’0, 273-pound man who’s probably a lot more athletic than any of us. There’s no shame being spiked by Oden, just as there’s no shame in him spiking others. If you step on the court you need to be prepared for such things.

Ultimately it’s really nice to see Greg Oden finally dominate something. Even if it’s just beach volleyball.
