Vincenzo Nibali seems pretty unstoppable right now. He’s over seven minutes ahead of the second-place rider, Thibault Pinot, with just three stages to go, meaning it’s nearly impossible for another biker to stop him at this point.

Fans with cellphones who want to get on TV might be able to stop him. We should all be grateful Nibali was able to maintain his balance after getting thwacked by a surprise elbow out of the crowd. Any crash could’ve hurt Nibali and potentially put his Tour victory in jeopardy, and that’s not taking into account the motorcycle and car speeding along behind him, not expecting a crash from a biker way out in front by himself.

As it is, nobody was hurt and it looks like she got her cellphone AND we’re all writing about her on the Internet, so, we can all laugh about it at the end of the day.
