If the ball were in the glove, it would have been a catch, Don Kelly. Why would you look in the glove? Seems like that’s the one place you wouldn’t have to run after the ball.
Amazingly, no one was seriously hurt on the play except for Kelly, who is day-to-day with bruised pride. Hunter stayed in the game to hit a double.
