Miami QB appears scared of first downs

Malik Rosier is a redshirt freshman getting action because of an injury to starting QB Brad Kaaya. All he was trying to do was make a play.

So clearly he thought he had a little more room to the outside, or possibly he just wanted to give the defense another chance. Most likely, however, is that he was told that the area past the first down line was nothing but shark-infested waters. Wouldn’t blame him for this decision if that’s true.
