No, New Zealand doesn’t have a literal giant leading its rugby team -- but 6’8 Sam Whitelock is close. Prime Minister John Key met the All Blacks following their win over South Africa on Saturday at the Rugby World Cup and looked like a very teensy tiny human being next to Whitelock.
Sure there could be a few forced perspective tricks going on, but this photo is amazing either way. New Zealand will play Australia in the Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday.
