Marshawn Lynch encourages his backup by repeatedly smacking his helmet

Lynch is all about those helmet smacks, boss.

The Seahawks don’t have Marshawn Lynch available for Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers due to an abdominal injury. Still, that’s not stopping him from repeatedly pounding on backup Thomas Rawls’ head in celebration.

Does Rawls even feel that? It looks like he’s not even paying attention. He’s probably just fixated on the game at hand. Marshawn probably knows this. This is a test of focus.
