Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson is pretty great at football. He is so great that he is one of the finalists for the 2015 Heisman Trophy. But he’s probably not as good at basketball as he is at football.
But now he’s out here making indirect challenges to Stephen Curry. Watson can probably ball, given that he played high school basketball, but to say he can step up to one of the greatest active players in the NBA is a bit of a stretch.
Maybe he has spent so much time in the film room this season that he has missed out on the incredible performances by Curry this season? After all, Clemson is undefeated. That’s the only thing that can explain this perplexing claim.
