James Harden has a curious new Adidas ad titled “Creators Never Follow” that is one big minute-long message to the haters. It’s a bold proclamation from the shoe company’s $200 million man, with Harden saying about his critics “those who matter never mind.”

Never mind indeed. Except for that whole “shooting a giant commercial to address your haters while saying you don’t care about your haters” thing. Misses the point slightly, but you went for it. There were a ton of really exciting Harden highlights too. Somehow this one didn’t make the cut.
