Chip Kelly can read the writing on the wall. The Eagles' coach was holding his post-game press conference after Philadelphia lost 38-24 to Washington when the lights went out — literally. Enveloped in darkness he could manage a single phase "There's an omen."
The Eagles will miss the playoffs after a disappointing 6-9 record through this point in the year. Kelly made numerous changes that were criticized in the offseason, now the lights don’t even like him. Not like this Chip ... not like this. Let’s remember happier times.
