There is a lot of controversy surrounding Washington’s nickname with a federal judge upholding the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s decision to remove the team’s trademark. Some media outlets have opted to stop using the nickname entirely. ESPN has not been one of those, but there was something amiss on one of their Monday Night Football graphics.

That typo remained briefly before getting fixed. It’s a simple error rather than a reaction to the nickname. Even still, it’s a solid fallback option for Washington should it continue to run into issues. “Redksins” might be a better option than trying to keep the current name while using porn as part of your defense.
