At this point, we're all very aware that Metta World Peace is an eccentric character. But this time around, the player formerly known as Ron Artest is revealing his unique perspective on fans that is as weird as anything he's ever done or said.
When speaking about the fans' admiration of Kobe Bryant in the Lakers' last season in the NBA, he compared it to horny fans. World Peace was definitely aware of what he was saying, even going so far as telling the members of the media to get it right.
We didn’t think basketball fans like Kobe like that.
