Russell Westbrook laughs in the face of a reporter who asks if he’s a Spurs fan

The Thunder need a win and a Pelicans loss to the Spurs on Wednesday to clinch the final spot in the Western Conference playoffs so a reporter looking for an easy quote asked Russell Westbrook if he is a Spurs fan now. The answer is a resounding no:

Reporter: Would you call yourself a Spurs fan?

Westbrook: [Hm] [Blows air out nose] [Blows air out mouth] [Stares through your soul]

Reporter: You gotta root for the Spurs.

Westbrook: I ain’t gotta root for nobody. I ain’t no Spurs fan. What type of question is that?

Russ!
