Everyone has different ways to get themselves ready before big events. Some people use specially curated playlists to get themselves amped, some people ask to be slapped in the face, and some people, like Usain Bolt, just like dancing behind reporters:

Considering how many dance moves he was able to squeeze in such a short amount of time, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Bolt went on to win the 100m dash at the Anniversary Games in London.

Only time will tell if Bolt still has enough left in the tank to bring home the gold at next year’s Olympics, but if he falls short, I’m sure he has an open invitation to crush it on Dancing With The Stars.
