The Basketball Tournament, which bills itself as “an open-application, 5-on-5, single-elimination, winner-take-all basketball tournament” is down to the final four teams this weekend. As the field has narrowed down, the competition for the $1 million prize has gotten more intense. Just ask Chris Porter, who was obliterated by Zach Andrews here:
Basketball player dunks all over defender in The Basketball Tournament
This isn't the first time Zach Andrews has made highlight reels in his basketball career. Though he's never made it to the NBA level, he's made a name for himself on the highlight reel circuit with some other great dunks and blocks:
He spent last season playing with the Lakers' D-League affiliate, the D-Fenders.
It’s anyone’s guess if his performance in The Tournament will lead to an NBA offer, but if nothing else, he’s going to go down swinging, and by swinging, we mean dunking on everyone while he tries to win the $1 million prize for the team that wins the tournament. That’s a pretty solid way to go out.
