Terry Francona, former manager of the Boston Red Sox, was back in town as the current manager of the Cleveland Indians. During tonight's NESN broadcast, Don Orsillo referred to Francona as a child, and not in a good way. Coincidence or not, shortly after that comment, Francona gave a sneaky middle finger directly to the cameras.
