The Cubs prepared for their game by hanging out with zoo animals at Wrigley Field

Awwwwww!

The Cubs are having a really fun season so why not keep the morale high as we get closer to the postseason. And bringing zoo animals to the field seems like a great way to do that.

Well that’s just adorable, Rizzo.

And maybe the best zoo pictures of the day came from the flamingo.

But I have to ask, I can’t help it. Where were the bear cubs? Either way, cute animals are always welcome at all sporting events.

UPDATE:

THERE ARE NOW GIANT CHEETAHS LOOSE ON WRIGLEY FIELD!

Ok so mayyyybe not on the loose per se, but these cute cheetahs sure are doing a damn fine job all the same.

Hmmm, why don’t ya get closer, Kris?

Eeep! It now looks hungry!

Be safe out there, team!
