Washington screws up potential touchdown with fumble touchback
So close!

— Jared Wilder (@jwildog) September 25, 2015 It was always going to happen. Washington down 25-6 to the Giants, were always going to pull out something. It just wasn’t ever going to be good.
This frantic scramble from Matt Jones would’ve been beautiful. Because Jones fumbled into the opposing end zone, it resulted in a touchback, giving the Giants the ball at their 20-yard line.
Alas.
