The NFL is very close to being back, so I’m sure what all New Orleans Saints fans would love to see is Drew Brees jumping out of helicopters and wrestling crocodiles.
Drew Brees tackled and ate a crocodile on Bear Grylls’ show

No, that’s not what you wanted? Too dangerous, you say? Well, you can breathe easy because all of that already happened and Brees came out of it alive. Bear Grylls featured the QB in one of his latest TV show episodes.

“I just spotted dinner,” Grylls says in the first few seconds of the promo video, as the camera pans over to a GIANT CROCODILE.
Brees says frankly, “I don’t know how I ended up having to basically wrestle a crocodile. I know that’s not something that’s certainly in my football contract.”
THEN DREW BREES JUMPS ON TOP OF THE CROCODILE.
And then, they ATE the crocodile.
Grylls has been under fire in the past about his show being fake, but that looked pretty freakin’ real. And Brees did that just for you, Louisiana.

Brees appeared on Conan to talk in detail about how he and Grylls ended up in this situation:
”We went out in the jungle, and just kind of survived for two days. And at one point, we’re walking through this dry creek bed, and [Grylls had] been talking about ‘hey, we need to find dinner, it’s starting to get late,’ find a campsite and that kind of thing. Make fire. Eat. And we come around the corner and there’s this six-foot alligator and he said, ‘Alright, that’s dinner.’
And I said, ‘Alright, well, how do you propose we do this?’ He said, ‘Well, I’m gonna distract it, you jump on it, stab it, kill it, gut it, carry it, we eat it.’
And the rest is history.
