There’s going to be a live reading of Space Jam in Toronto during NBA All-Star Weekend

Need a reason to be excited about NBA All-Star Weekend other than just the All-Star festivities? Like Space Jam? Well then you are in luck!

What do all these words mean? TIFF Next Wave, the hosts of the Toronto International Film Festival and purveyors of cinema throughout the year, will be doing a reading of the script of Space Jam. Space Jam is a movie known for its script, and not for having Michael Jordan play basketball against cartoon aliens with the Looney Tunes as his teammates. The reading of the script will surely capture the part where Michael’s arm grows to basically the length of half of a regulation basketball court to dunk a basketball and win the game. I can hear it already, and it sounds good.
