The Hawks and Suns couldn’t buy a bucket during crunch time until a 23% shooter nailed a game-winning shot

When a game is down to the wire, you typically have two teams trading buckets—just increasing the suspense as every second goes by and the clock gets nearer and nearer to 0:00.
The Hawks and Suns, however, don’t care for any basketball script. In fact, they threw that out the window, and threw some ill-advised shots in the process. The last minute of Hawks-Suns on Saturday featured a 30-second disaster where both teams missed everything and were as sloppy as any game you’ve ever seen. Someone get possession and make a shot already!
As that atrocious segment ended and the clock was about to expire, Archie Goodwin—A 23-PERCENT SHOOTER—somehow drained a game-winning shot for the Suns. If there was a perfect way to place an exclamation mark on the previous minute, that’s definitely it.
