This is a scene from Thursday’s traffic jam on U.S. Highway 101 between Redwood City and San Carlos -- an RV, driving from a rocket hobby show during rush hour, was carrying rockets and a half-full, 100-gallon tank of propane, and it caught on fire after one of the rockets exploded. There were two people and two dogs in the RV, and thankfully, no one was harmed.

The basketball man was just one of the many who got out of their cars, and chilled while officials put out the fire and cleaned up the mess. Some even took a jumping photo on the other side of the highway:
When life gives you lemons, show off your basketball handles, I guess.
