This good dog turned a rainy traffic jam into a sport

Being stuck in the rain sucks. Being stuck in a traffic jam sucks. This very good dog found a way to be stuck in both and is still having a ball. Rain catching is the new dog sport sweeping the nation — or at least one part of it, and one dog.
The rules are pretty simple: Stick your head out the window, try to catch as much rain in your mouth as possible. The toughest part is scoring, so we might need to make it based on style points. Either way, this is a very good dog.
