Tim Tebow hitting a walkoff RBI single is a reminder to follow your dreams

The Tim Tebow tour continues and yes, he’s still proving he’s kinda good at this baseball thing. On Monday night the Mets developmental player helped lead Scottsdale to a 4-3 win, courtesy of this walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning.
Tebow was mobbed by his teammates who rushed from the dugout to meet him at first base.
After the game he was pretty stoic about the whole thing.
“It feels good. It feels good just to be with these guys, having fun with them.”
Time will tell whether Tebow’s recent success will give way to a major league contract, but for now the dude is just out there trying to live out a dream and having success doing it. Sure, these kind of hits happen every night in minor league parks around the country — but this is Tim Tebow, and he’s doing it.
