Oregon guard gets his ankles broken so badly he stumbles back like he saw a ghost

There are all sorts of broken ankles in the pantheon of broken ankle videos. There are the standard “I fell over myself” videos, the “slipped on a banana peel” clips and then there’s this. The rare, coveted “saw a ghost” break. There’s another part to this story, though.

The Vine ends before Arizona State guard Gerry Blakes takes the shot. Given the fact he’s open for a solid two seconds, you’d assume he drained this one ... but no. C’mon Gerry! If you break ankles like this you NEED to hit the shot.
