The Hornets unveiled next year’s NBA All-Star logo in Charlotte

The NBA isn’t taking a break from the current All-Star festivities.

Minutes after the 2016 event in Toronto ended, the NBA’s Hornets sent out a tweet regarding the 2017 weekend, which takes place in Charlotte. The post revealed the new logo, which honors both the team and the city. The familiar-looking logo adopts all of the same design and color scheme as the Hornets’ and also includes a crown, a nod to Charlotte’s “Queen City” nickname.
