James Harden and Dwight Howard simultaneously forgot how to play basketball

Bad plays happen. Even the greats have moments of ineptitude that make us feel better or woeful shots that get no rim. That said, James Harden and Dwight Howard combined for something very special on Tuesday night.
Harden thought it was an alley-oop, Dwight thought it was a shot -- but he also didn’t try and rebound this one. It;s the kind of miscommunication that the Rockets have had problems with all year.
It should be noted that Harden ended up scoring 42 dang points in the Rockets’ loss, but that doesn’t excuse this moment in time.
