Bengals’ Mohamed Sanu popped the question in the middle of the League Cup final

Things fizzled out for the Cincinnati Bengals last season, but things couldn’t be any better for Mohamed Sanu. He didn’t get a Super Bowl ring but he got something even better during the offseason.

On Sunday, he and his girlfriend attended Wembley Stadium for the Capital One Cup final and that’s where he popped the question. She said yes!

While most fans were still paying attention to the match at hand, the person directly behind Sanu and his girlfriend was incredulous about what he was watching.

And who can blame him? It’s not every day that an NFL player gets engaged at Wembley. Congratulations!
