TV cameras caught a cool torch-passing moment between Kobe and Andrew Wiggins

This is one of the coolest moments of Kobe Bryant’s farewell season, and most people missed it. Andrew Wiggins drained a fadeaway jumper over Kobe in the fourth quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers’ win over the Minnesota Timberwolves that looked mighty familiar.
While Kobe and Wiggins jogged down the court he turned his head to the 20-year-old and said “That shot looks familiar,” to which Wiggins responded “I got it right from you.” A beaming Kobe spoke after the game and seems genuinely happy to pass the torch to a younger generation of players born after he started playing.
The farewell tour might be dragging on, but man this is awesome.
