Archie Manning thinks ‘Peyton is done in Denver’ and ‘maybe done everywhere’
Peyton Manning has deflected questions about his future like he’s Dikembe Mutombo blocking shots. Manning has consistently shrugged things off and said he’ll make a decision about his future down the road. His father Archie, however, was much more forthcoming.
The elder Manning isn’t sure if Peyton has played his final NFL game, but he seems pretty convinced that if Manning does play again, it won’t be in a Broncos’ uniform. We’ll find out if he’s correct soon enough. For now, Peyton is more concerned with drinking some beer.
