The Cubs are holding actual bear cubs at spring training because life is beautiful

The Chicago Cubs have yet to stop having weird, fun days at spring training. On Friday, Joe Maddon brought literal bear cubs to practice, because apparently he likes that Xzibit meme so much he would do this.

According to the cubs’ handler, they’re 10 to 12 weeks old, which is information that’s necessary to hammer home just how cute they are.

YO DAWG I HEARD YOU WERE CALLED THE CUBS SO I BROUGHT SOME REAL CUBS OVER SO YOU COULD BE CUBS HOLDING CUBS

And at one point, a cub peed on Anthony Rizzo. Good cub.

Seriously, Maddon and/or Cubs, are you trying to destroy the Internet with moments like these? This is the plateau now. There’s absolutely nothing Joe Maddon and the Cubs could do from now on that could top this. They could win the World Series this year, and it still wouldn’t be as excellent as these cubs.
