According to fan website russianmachineneverbreaks.com, Daniel and Katie, not identified with their last name, named their son Braden Alexander, after Braden Holtby and Alexander Ovechkin. The players were so touched they sent the family a gift.
It looks like Braden Alexander got a Caps onesie and signed card from the hockey stars. Lucky for the little guy, his mom and dad picked players with names that go together. He could’ve ended up as Evgeny Justin.
