‘NBA 2K16’ is making Steph Curry perfect for 30 hours in honor of his MVP season

James Dator
James Dator has been covering a wide range of sports for SB Nation for over a decade, with a special focus on the NFL.

Accurately representing Stephen Curry in a video game is a near-impossible task. Earlier this year, NBA 2K’s creators spoke about the difficulty in balancing a player who bends every probability and statistical model to his will. In honor of Curry’s unanimous MVP season NBA 2K16 isn’t going to try and make Steph balanced, they’re giving him everything.

For 30 hours, Steph in 2K16 will boast perfect ratings across the board. During this time he will be the best player in NBA 2K history. It’s something you could always do yourself by editing him, but this will be a fascinating day of online play. The highlights should be really fun to see, too.
