Kyle Lowry stayed on the court to shoot hours after a heartbreaking Game 1 loss

:(

Kyle Lowry hit a half court buzzer beater to force OT on Tuesday night but overall he's had a poor showing in the 2016 playoffs. During Game 1 against the Heat he was 3 of 13 from the field and 1 of 7 from the three-point line. Immediately after the Game 1 loss, Lowry went straight to the gym to get up shots.

Lowry continued to shoot well after midnight eastern time.

Kyle finally left the court at 12:47 AM. The next day, he explained why he stayed out on the court.

“It was just about being out there and having time to just reflect on things, think about the game that I grew up as a kid playing, the game I love,” Lowry said. “It’s been countless nights where I’ve done that back in North Philly.”

Game 2 is on Thursday, hopefully Lowry has cleared his head by then and gets his shot back.
