These are the coaches for a Mongolian wrestler who just lost his bronze medal match. Leading 7-6 with just a few seconds remaining, Ganzorigiin Mandakhnaran began celebrating by running around the ring.
In wrestling, failing to engage is a penalty known as passivity, and it costs you a point. In Olympic wrestling, ties go to the last person who scored a point. So instead of winning 7-6, he lost. Then things got interesting, with his coaches stripping -- one coach getting all the way down to his boxers and one taking his shirt off. They also filed an official protest by chucking a stuffed animal, but they lost the protest. This gave his opponent another point, resulting in what was ultimately an 8-7 loss, but still one of the best moments of any Olympics ever.
